Sky Spy should have one. I know he posted the rules before. I'll try to search.

I can't find Sky Spys thread with this new format they have now. But I'm sure he will post it again tonight or tomorrow. But the policy is pretty much the same. Really Pitcom, don't worry. First your car is built and bailment invoice sent. already. Also, trust me. It is price protected if you have a preliminary order in.

The only thing you should be worring about is when is the inspection be done.

here is a post from Sky Spy:

I had posted about this before... HERE is the post!!!

Here is the updated version...

If your NAME is on a PRELIMINARY ORDER (If you have an ORDER Number, 6 alphanumeric digits assigned to your name you have a preliminary order) and this ORDER was put in BEFORE the price went up on 8/28/06 then you are PRICE PROTECTED.

We have done already two (2) price protected SKYs and it is actually a very simple procedure. The retailer HAS to make sure the vehicle is "REPORTED" to GM the SAME EXACT WAY it IS on the PRELIMINARY ORDER and there is a "CODE" they have to enter with it so that GM knows is a "price Protected" order, otherwise the retailer will LOOSE the difference between your price and the actual invoiced price. The retailer will "charge" you the original price and then they will get back the difference directly from GM to their "Open Account" with GM.

Some retailers are scared that someone will make a mistake in reporting the vehicle to GM and they will loose that money and if that IS the case, the retailer has virtually NO RECOURSE to recover the PRICE PROTECTION given to the customer.

I hope that clears up some things for you all!!!

Regards,

BA
