I have a question..

I've put down $1000 as deposit for the Redline few days ago.. I want to find out the Order # and eventually find out the status using the event codes..

My salesperson said there's no such thing as order #.. what can I do? Should I just talk to the Sales manager instead? Should I also ask for the number of open allocations for the Redline for that dealership too?
