I played that "no allocation" game with a dealer--for ten weeks--and never even received a purchase number--most dealers will get you entered right away--so i'd be very wary.
BTW--the Saturn wind restrictor is fuggly, IMHO, looks like a black badminton net--check out some of the wind restrictor threads on the forum for other options...Good luck
