I know this is a fantasy, but it would be great if someone offers LS2/LS7 conversion kits with crate motor and all the necessary hardware to do the job yourself. Just like, for example, in a supercharger kit. And Mallet has already confirmed that the stock tranny and differential can withstand +600HP. A ready made kit would save a hell of allot of money. But I guess there are too many variables, besides the tranny & differential, for such a kit to be possible.
