Now that time has run out, how about posting the final consolidated list...?
Would also add T-Shirts that where ordered, and the money needed on the 19th.
Lots of names and moving parts... even with all your efforts, something is bound to slip through
6am on the 19th: "But I thought I was on the list..."
or "Yes, you did order 3 extra shirts..."
Just a suggestion.

Thank you for all your efforts in putting this together. I'll buy you a beer on the 19th, or maybe even a SkyBaby calendar
