Get bubble gum remover from a.. cleaning store I guess.. not sure where. It is not a "cleaner" as you think, all it does is spray out a really REALLY cold fluid that freezes pretty much anything. Frozen bubble gum doesn't stick to anything, so once its frozen you just peel it off. If you cant find any of that stuff, what I have done (and yes, I have had gum on my car) is take a plastic bag, fill with ice, the pour lots of salt in there (that makes the ice colder, though it melts faster), place that on the bubble gum, let it sit and freeze, and rub off.
