I believe he means "minimal difference" from ambient temperature as compared to Stage 2 Intercooler OUTLET (After the air has been cooled by the intercooler). In other words, if I understood correctly, the charged air's temperature as it comes out of the Intercooler is basically the same as ambient temps.
