Yes, minimal different between intercooler outlet temp vs. ambient. You CANT get cooler than ambient as the air flowing through the cooler is what cools the intercooler. We work closely with Corky Bell and Gerhards company to develope our intercooler upgrades. You are not telling anything we don't already know. I guess you just misunderstood our explanation.

We are testing the intercooler today. What we do is measure inlet temperatures and temperatures on the surface area of the cooler. So far with the same flow rate vs. stock, we have seen 220F temperatures down to 96F at the center point of the stock intercooler, while our stage 2 brought temps down to 83F. The intercooler is being installed on the redline now for dyno testing.
