The intake, exhaust and tune will work on the automatic but hp results may vary.
We got this power without headers. There have been a few cars that came in with headers. All had their CELs on. Maybe after some testing, its something we can include on another package, but for our stage 2, we don't want any CELs...and we don't want to disable any CEL functions.

CELs were on because of the headers or a high flow cat?
I can't see why a header would cause any problems as long as the O2 sensors are reinstalled.
