most toutchless washes use special chemicals to clean since there are no brushes involved. One chemical is an acid, and then they spray a base during the rinse cycle. May be fine for today's automotive paint, but I don't expect the sky's fabric top to last very long going through one repeatedly.
if GM says not to take the Sky through an automatic car wash, don't do it! Just do it yourself or get a hard top.
