Well, the only thing I can contribute is that Postal Service deliveries can be very random, especially this time of the year.

I sent a package from NJ to Colorado on December 14th, and thought that would have been plenty of time - it didn't arrive until after Christmas on December 28th.

I sent another package from NJ to Illinois on December 18th, and I'm pretty sure it only took 2 or 3 days to arrive, so either the 20th or 21st, but definitely in time for Christmas.

So if it was mailed on the 22nd, it may still be out there somewhere. Although you would think Priority Mail would give it some sort of priority, right?
