apparently the new 08 cobalt SS is going to have the same engine as the redline so i think i might go for that.

I would say it could be a good choice! I used to have a Cobalt SS supercharged! Love it but even if its not practical at all, i love my RL to death!
its so beautyful. I like the base sky as well but it doesnt have the same aggressive design of the RedLine!
