FOR THOSE ABOUT TO ROCK....
WE SALUTE YOU!!!
So I see my secret is out!
The history of my secret Rock-n-Roll lifestyle... (Not that ya asked!)
After always singing privately in my car, and at home, and in the shower... and hitting a karaoke bar every once in a while... A few years back at a BBQ I got a little buzzed and started singing along with with a few guys who brought some acoustic guitars.
A few weeks later, they called me asking if I'd play at a Halloween party.
And so started a 3 year run with
The Free Beer Band > Home ( DNN 3.3.7 )
It was mostly a hobby... about 6 shows a year. Mostly Beef & Beers, and half the time for free. All classic rock. Nothing past 1979
Last year, the lead guitarist wanted to make some real money with his talents and found a new band. 6 months later... early april, he gave me a call when they needed a singer.
So now its
Night Prowler Band > Home ( DNN 3.3.7 ) (eerily similar websites!) Night Prowler has Classic Rock roots.. but we are looking to mix it up.. we just add "The Killers - When you were young". We played it Friday night and 2 people asked me if it was an original.
So... now I am in a "Be wary of what you wish for" situation. We are loading up a schedule. Some good things are happening. And hopefully I can keep the balance between family and band. Family obviously comes 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th... We even have a booking agent for a big AC casino coming out to a show in the next week or two to check us out. (We think its the Friday "947 bar" show)
Soo.... anyway...
IT IS AWESOME THAT YOU GUYS ARE CONSIDERING THIS!!!
I really appreciate it! I've done 5 shows with the new band and a big bunch of local friends havent made it out to see me yet

.. so its great you guys want to make the ride to check me out!
The 947 bar is this Friday and I hear its a really nice place... but it is memorial day weekend and traffic could be tough for those traveling far.
Mary's Panhead would be a good bet too as its closer to Delaware... but it is a smaller place with limited parking... where harley's are the ride of choice. Bar seats 40, with tables around sides for another 20-30.
Grog's Bar in Oaklyn (near Cherry Hill) is a good place to go too..
We'll figure a good show to hit.
June 21... yeah looks like we are open then. Hmmmm.... skylands...
