p.s. - I also told their "new" Service Mgr. that I had posted about this situation on both the Sky & Sol forums and that I had put it on my blog at my ImSaturn page and that I plan to keep it updated as to status.
... then I asked him if he realized that GM/Saturn monitors all 3 of these sites.
