You might also check with the hotel; they may be able to supply a flipchart (or even the whiteboard). A flipchart wouldn't be write on/wipe off, but then no one has to try to fit a large board in their car.
I think someone also mentioned having an attendee list with at least forum name, real name and home location on it (perhaps a short car description, too?). I'd really like that as well. Full addresses/contact info wouldn't be needed, but it would help to refresh your memory when you are trying to remember who you sat with at dinner or lunch, or who had that cool mod that you were drooling over.
I know that I'd like to do the Triangle run if it's offered again.
