i just installed a magnaflow 3" catback and the muffler comes wrapped in bubble wrap and the tips in plastic. well i took the plastic off the tips but i FORGOT to take the bubble wrap off the muffler so its kinda stuck on lol. ive got the outside layer of it off but the inside layer is still stuck from being heated and melted to it. i can get it off but it will take several hours of scrapping. is there some kind of cleaner i can use to get it off? i tried goof on or whatever it called but it doesnt work, i need something thatll sort of chemically melt the plastic but not hurt the stainless steel. any ideas?
