The answer to your question is actually YES to both...
This IS a custom install, I took all my Red Interior pieces from my 07' RedLine and transfered them into this new one BUT, you can ORDER a Red SKY with the Red/Black interior; it has to be an ORDERED car and not one that the Retailer orders for inventory.
