I'm calling the gears grinding a grind. It has nothing to do with the way I drive well other than it being quick shifts. The clutch will be all the way to the floor and it will not go into third gear. Sometimes it will go into gear but it grinds when going in.

Maybe its just a crap tranny but I would think a sports car would have something a little better than this.
