Depends on if it's auto or manual. Manuals are consistently putting down 310+rwhp.
My C5 Vette put down 321rwhp (312rwhp SAE) bone stock. The LS1 is underrated, plain and simple.
But yes, weight and driver will still most definitely be the determining factor. A Vette will still be a VERY tough target, as mine weighs 3179lbs. The Camaro/s TA's are a bit heavier.
