Hi everyone,

I bought a Midnight Blue Redline in April and I am having a reoccurring issue with the trunk. On both sides of the trunk's hood, there are two small stump-like stops with foam padding on the bottom of them. My issue is, the foam keeps breaking, leaving residue and indentations on my convertible top.

Initially it was the driver's side stop, but I had that fixed at the dealership. But tonight, I realized that the passenger side stop has the broken foam and its leaving the residue again. Has anyone else had this problem? I can foresee this being and ongoing issue and I am not happy about it. I always make certain to push down the top as far as possible before cloing ther trunk.

I'm in the midst of typing an e-mail to the manager of the dealership, but I wanted to know if this is a common problem before I send it.
