I went to take a look at my dealer's showroom black model today (it finally got here). And I have to say every fingerprint, smudge, and grease mark shows up. I wanted to take my own tee-shirt and wipe the door area off myself. I was embarassed for the dealership.

On a personal note, I would not have a black car for that very reason. It's soooooooo tricky to keep clean. You'd constantly be wiping it off because you'd want it to be looking clean and "spotless". White is also problematic for the same reason. Plus, in my opinion white is just so darn plain! Sports cars need to make a statement. And besides design, color is one of the best ways to do that! Mine is going to be Silver Pearl (understated perhaps, but still classy). To everyone else, if it's splashy color you want, then go for it!
