Satrun Aura

We love our Saturn Sky... and the dealership has been very nice... seems like saturn is a good company... free car washes for life... every 4th oil change is free... road side service... bla bla bla... so it's time to get another car in the family... does anyone have anything to say about the Aura... Looks like a lot of options for a low price...

My Demo is an Aura XR Loaded... I love the car... Very comfortable, responsive, great ride, quiet, awesome sound system, etc. Just like you said, a lot of car for the money.

A few here have Aura's in their driveways...

BA...

Every fourth oil change is free???? I didn't know that. Is that at every Saturn dealership?

Every time i go to the dealership for service i check out the Aura. Just a very good looking car. If i never need to buy a sedan, it'll def be at the top of my list, especially the one with the maroonish interior. Gorgeous.

Can you guys believe that the stupid car mags actually say the Aura's interior looks CHEAP??? They'll find any excuse to blast american cars.

Aura is the N. American COY (haven't you seen the ads?). Beyond that, it is a very nice car and a very good value. You need to sit in one and take in the interior and test drive it. XE is the more basic model. The XR is the upscale line with more horsepower.

Have an XR in the garage...Nice car. The ride seems a bit sporty, but is very quiet, nice power and I love the remote start and seat warmers! We are in a snow covered icebox this week.
Got black, of course, to match the Redline. The Morrocan leather is a nice contrast with the black exterior.
Never thought I would have a garage full of Saturns.
The 0% financing was nice also...only lasts til the 3rd of April.

I leased an XE back in November and still very happy with it. I had the all-new for 2004 Chevy Malibu before that, so I was more than familiar with the platform and engine (both had the 3500 V6). Like the AURA 100x's better than the Malibu btw.

Out of the three cars that are in my little "fleet", two are Saturns (the other is a GMC Envoy that is also leased). Not sure what will replace the Envoy next summer when the lease expires, but the OUTLOOK is definitely on the consideration list.

This is a very timely thread for me. I was actually thinking about getting a sedan in the next 12 months and was thinking about an Aura. Funny thing is that, prior to getting my SKY, I never would have given a Saturn a second thought. Not now though. I'm going to seriously consider another Saturn.
