Opels emblem is cooler (imo) but the name itself is a bit boring.

I like the name Opel better than Saturn. Opel has more history. I actually like the Saturn emblem better than the Opel emblem. I'm not saying I'm keen on the Saturn emblem, but I do like the red color. The Opel emblem reminds of a cartoon called Shazam, I think.

I think it looks great. I'm very happy saturn is taking such an active role in changing their image. I'm tired of people saying "that's a saturn???".

Actually I think thats what they are touting as the Aura Coupe for 2009 or 2010 model year..

That is NOT an Opel branded concept car. It is a Vauxhall concept. Both are GM products. It sure looks like an evolution of http://www.vauxhall.co.uk/vx/futuremodel/gtc.do .

I know it is a Vauxhall. Just look at the badge. It is supposed to be the next Calibra though. And a new Saturn supposedly.

The right hand pic looks like they bread a scion tC and a 350Z.
i like the back - looks sporty to me. kinda small to replace the aura though.

It wouldn't be a replacement. This would be a coupe version or differenct car altogether depending on what they decide to call it. The Aura is a sedan.

If it comes here and it's a rear drive, it might be my next sport Saturn. Why do I say it that way? I ahve an RL now, and pick up a white Outlook RX next week.

Damn, I should never have opened that door in the showroom.

I agree. There was a post not long ago that had near future designs in it posted by x micro I believe. It is a coupe version similar or based on the Aura.

I wouldn't hold your breath for a RWD version from what I've read, (it's all rumor though so things can change) but AWD can be fun to!

Well I might hold my breath because GM is making a strong move back to RWD vehicles. I believe some of the next gen Buicks will be RWD and there wont be a FWD in the line up. Look at how many Caddys are now RWD..
