Your OTHER cars...

You know, we've all talked about the other cars we have. ParrotHead though got me to thinking with his post...we really haven't had many folks post pictures of their other cars.

So this is to rectify that problem. Tell us a bit about the other cars you drive, why they may be special to you, and post some pictures! I'll start us off with that Grand Prix I keep mouthing off about...

Early picture before the new paint and struts/springs that lowered it:

Side shot. If you look closely you can see the ghost flames just barely.

Before clear was shot so you can see there really are flames there. LOL

And the hood too...

To give you an idea of the color of the flame job:

Painted calipers and brackets...mental note to self...yellow and white get dirty FAST. They don't look near this good now.

Engine bay shot. That's a 2.3L Whipple twin screw Supercharger sitting on top of the engine. Looks a little different now that the engine has been rebuilt but it's pretty close to that.

That engine eventually blew up...lovely...so out with the old...

In with the new. The beast that I now have in it...valve covers are now on it though...of course. LOL

So now it's your turn. Project cars, your first car, whatever other car you own. Post them up!

wow that looks very very nice I love the flames. Is that a pearl used for the flames? I had pearl on my car it makes it shine so nicely. That is very cool I love it.

as far as my other car, I had a 96 escort with a blown engine, had an evo 4 front end and I decided to sell it since I didn't feel like blowing that much money on an engine. that is all i've ever had

Thanks! A co-worker of mine layed out the flames by hand. Yes, it's a yellow pearl that used for the flames. Pictures don't do it justic as you really have to see it in person to get the full effect.

Wt2ga...ya...stuck...oh the horror of getting stiffed with that ol' chevy. LOL

So if you know anyone who wants one, let me know.

The bike actually has a windshield on it now.........and the red 3000GT in the picture (which I loved), was stolen about two years ago.........

You can also see the very edge of hubby's Sport Trac.

I know this is only a three wheeler, but it's the best I can do.

Currently they're both parked side by side. One of these days I plan on taking a picture of my Sky along side this one!!

In addition to the '07 SKY, the wife and I also have an '07 AURA XE and a '05 GMC Envoy SLT 4WD. I've attached their pictures for all to see.

I purchased the SKY, but the other two are leased. The Envoy is scheduled to be replaced by next August (2008). While the wife wants another family hauler (likely the OUTLOOK, Acadia or Enclave), I want a GMC Sierra Crew Cab 4WD. Maybe if I let her choose whatever she wants when the AURA is up in November of 2009, I can get the Sierra. But she wants a Volvo and I'm a "GM" guy, so I'm not really feeling that right now. So time will tell.

This will be giving the Redline a bit of competition as to which one to take out this spring and summer (and fall)....

The pictures are from last spring (hence the chaps) and I swapped out the wheels, rotors and drive sprocket last summer..... and yes, it's faster than the Redline.... 115 HP at 700 pounds (plus the fat-a$$ rider

)

"Nbr7" is from the limited edition paint set... it is number 7 of 200.

The last picture is a group get-together with Willie G.
