Detroit Auto Show: hottest car, Saturn Sky

http://www.detnews.com/apps/pbcs.dll...ON03/701160315

Article about the Auto Show...
Surprisingly, the hottest car at the show (in my book, at least) is the Saturn Sky convertible. The sleek, $25,000 drop-top drew a consistently large crowd, in which everyone kept saying the same words: "This is a Saturn?"

Interesting article. Thanks for posting.

I'm a bit miffed that regular gas in Detroit is only $1.99 a gallon though! I'm still, paying 10%+ more than that.....

We'll be going to the one in Chicago, since it's only a few blocks from where I live. At last year's show I just sat and stared at the Sky for a good 20 minutes and drooled, then came back later for another 20 minute soaking.

You notice how there's no one around...that's because the show was closing, and they couldn't pull me away! Now I have my own, so there won't be as much drool to clean up this year.

I drooled also!

I saw my first Sky at the Tulsa Auto Show January of 06, they had it roped off and guarding it at the show. It was love at first sight
We walked over the to Pontiac area and was allowed to sit and play in the Solstice, so I got the feel for the car and I was sold.
Then I arranged to drive the base Sky in May, was so disappointed with the power performance, still loved the car and WHAT they are making a TURBO, sold again

Now I have one of my own, and I love my Skybaby
