I don't know about the rest of you...but even if the outside of thiis car was dead gorgeous...the interior of this car is such a big turnoff...and I liken it's interior almost to the Solstice...so ugly. A car is equal to the sum of all it's parts. This stingray is DOA

Whatever you do ...do not tell me how fast it is...the classic corvettes were beautiful inside and out...and they were not speed machines. The Sky as the Corvette are/were the Flagship of their respective GM divisions

Uh oh, ‘dems fighting words.... but I agree, that's why I bought the Sky... that and the exterior; looking out the front windshield over the hood and fenders is reminiscent of looking out the windshield of a 70 Stingray.

Here are a few more photos and renderings that I thought were amazing. Mike this is one time I'll have to respectfully disagree with you about the interior. This C7 interior is about 10X better than my C6 Vert. While although it's not the absolute best quality, it's a HUGE upgrade!

Ok, now I am starting to warm up to the C7. If the production convertible looks like the renderings, I will change my mind.

I love the picture with the the other 6 styles behind the C7. Personally, I was always a sucker for the looks of the C3.

Has anyone found a picture of the C7 Coupe with the top off yet?

No bashing from me.

But GM isn't going there with the Corvette. All indications are they are staying big.

And although I don't see GM doing this: I feel they could develop a market for a Kappa 2.0, and it would be successful. We know GM has been working on a kick ass twin turbo V6. Man that would be fun in the Kappa.

Edmunds.com is estimating that the vehicle will cost in the ballpark of $54,000 — a bit more than the base 2013 Corvette coupe 1LT and around the same price as the Ford Shelby GT500.

I agree- I think the C3 has the best styling of all of them. But when you get into the world of 700HP (which I expect this body will see before its run is done) and 200 MPH, styling has to share significance with aerodynamics.
