Recall on C6 Corvette

I found out 6-months ago that they were having problems with the 2006 coupe corvette hardtops, they delaminate and a layer flys off the car. Called the dealer and was told NOPE you vin is not on this list. Meanwhile that hard top of ours pops, and groans like you would not believe.
Yesterday I got the official letter yes our hardtop has been recalled on our corvette, to options: (1) dealer try to re-glue it or (2) Replace. I want a new matching top!
So all of the little problems with the Sky's and they are half the cost and WOW little adhesive problem with the GM big boy Corvette.
