My local paper did a front page article on this, with many more pictues, both in and out of the water. They did these tests at Silver Springs, which is in Ocala. However, they did not give any performance numbers, and the guy who built it did it only to prove it could be done. He has no plans to ever produce it. But it's a pretty hot looking car, and what an easy way to clean it, inside and out.

Water speed > 6 km/h
Under water speed > 3 km/h

So approximately 0-45 Mph in 7.1s thats not too bad for an electric car
the weight of the batterys seriously kills acceleration in electric vehicles
