I have seen over 75 pattens for water powerd engines and I know it will never come to past. The reason in my mind is it will only help the poor and lower level income pepole. And that means it will never happen, it makes me sad for so many reason's when I see such great inventions just disappear without a trace. But I am always up for a good discussion I just want to understand why these sort of things NEVER ever come to pass?
