Yeah, I thought sh*t like this belonged in the Frontier.
Seriously though if you watch the clip or have seen the documentary on it - the guy made an enormous impact on public sanitary facilities in his country. Especially for a politician, I dare say he has had a more positive and long lasting impact affecting more people on a regular basis than most people ever do.
