Photo montage of my tempered glass windscreen

Here's a photo montage of my screen. Although I'm not totally satisfied with the final look of the screen Ray from Kappa WindBlade is working with me to address the appearance issues noted in the photo comments.

Kappa WindBlade - a set on Flickr

Note: the order of the pics are messed up. Start at the bottom and work up.

Please leave any comments you may have on the actual picture on Flickr so I know to which photo you are responding to.

thanks, LilRedGXP

P.S. a more thorough review will follow as soon as I get a final resolution to the colour issue.

I don't have a Flickr account - so I will go ahead and comment here.

I will say that I agree that the color does not look good. It looks much better when lit.
I think it looks awful in the pictures - for your sake, I hope it does not look quite as bad in person.
Please keep us posted on your efforts at getting this issue resolved.

Yea, it looks poorly done. I hope you get resolve with the Vendor. I do not know if I would want to screw it into my car either. Sorry to see a member order from a vendor and get quality like that. I would send the art to Stephen at WindRestrictor and start over. Good Luck!!

They did this for me with GREAT DETAIL!!

xMicro that 3rd picture is fantastic! Love the way you captured the sunset through the trees in a mirror through your windrestrictor. Now that's a mouthful but great shot

I can't believe it sits ontop of the waterfall. that just doesn't make sense. I would deffinetly have the guys over at windrestrictor give it a go

I don't have a problem with it sitting on top as the red tape to attach the led strip seems to match the colour of the waterfall well enough and the windscreen is firmly attached by the two mounting screws.

Just an update for those of you who question Ray's business practices...
I have received some preliminary photos of an early version of my windscreen with the new color enhancements and it appears to make it looks worlds better. I'm just waiting to see a lit up shot before deciding to send mine back for the color enhancement treatment. To date, Ray has been in contact with me all the step of the way and I do not second guess my decision in going with him and his real glass product.

IMHO - I would have had a major problem with the fact that the vendor shipped the item out with such an obvious poorly done job.
