Ok a little googling and walla, called "Yugas Road" and "The Road of Death" in Bolivia, not Peru..

It's in Boliva. 200 to 300 people a year are killed on it. The road is only 10.5 feet wide, no guard rails and some places, almost 2,000 feet straight down.
How would you like to be the guy in the next to last picture?
