...if you're ****ing stupid enough to be texting , putting on your make-up, eating a ****ing cheeseburger, or getting a blow-job all while driving...then you deserve to die....it's nature's way of thinning the herd

I have to agree with you on this one, as long as an innocent party isn't taken out.

Saw bits and pieces of this when they started it on Fox. I think they should broadcast this video and more some more just as graphic so those that drive distracted get the message.. Every week I see ding bats not only texting or yapping on the phone, but reading with a paper on the wheel, a phone in the other, and driving 75MPH+, I usually give them the stare like "WTF are you doing idiot"?
BTW, it just not women that do this, men do it to, and not just young people, old people do it also it crosses all boundaries and ages, I have seen them all.. What is scary is that these idiots even when paying attention are lousy drivers, now they are not even paying attention to the road makes matters much worse.. scary out there now days..
I also agree it should be made illegal... the sooner the better..
C&D had an article in a recent edition called "Unprotect Text". A few pages after the article, they featured a Used GM-Certified Corvette section titled "Vette Dreams". After reading those two articles late one night, I had Vette Dreams about Unprotected Text.

Even though the thought is there do you really wanting a cop pulling you over and sitting there on the side of the road while he takes your cell phone back to his car and looks on your phone for about 20 minuets checking out if you were texting or just dailing a number. If he sees you dialing how does he know the difference???? I say do away with text all together but when you open the door to let cops start pulling you over for looking at a cell phone where is it going to stop???

It IS illegal out here in California, but it hasn't stopped anyone. It's just like all the other vehicle code that go ostensibly unenforced. Heck, I see the police doing much the same thing. SO unless they stop and then begin to enforce the code, nothing will change..

I say drive a POS truck and run the SOBs off the road. Yes I have a lot of pent up hostility....A big ol Ford 150 with wood bumpers and wood on the side....Leaves marks but no paint..Besides the other person if lucky would not know what hit them with their minds on something else....Skip.....

Under Utah's law, someone caught texting and driving now faces up to three months in jail and up to a $750 fine, a misdemeanor. If the person causes injury or death, the punishment can grow to a felony and up to a $10,000 fine and 15 years in prison.
