7 Speaker system?

Does anyone know where the 7 speakers are? i test drove my car today and put up the radio and was totally not impressed. I bought the $895 monsoon 6 disc system. I had it on the radio and pumped it up and it sounded cheezy. Of course the antenna wasnt connected so that could be y it sounded so low. Im going to count speakers b4 i pick her up tomorrow just to make sure they didnt mess up my order. Can u hook an amp up to the stock radio?

Fold the passenger seat forward. There should be a bigass woofer back there. If you ain't got that, you got the itty bitty sound system.

You will also find that the Monsoon has an equalizer. You can select emphasis on bass, treble or midrange based on music style. If you have it on "pop" or "talk" it sounds pretty cheesy when playing music with a driving bass...

If you have a Monsoon and seven speaker setup, behind your passenger seat will look like the photo on the left. If you don't have a big woofer back there it will have a cargo net just like on the driver's side, as shown in the photo to the right.

I screwed up and forgot to upgrade to the Monsoon system before my car was imaged.

Can I get the Monsoon dealer installed?

Just WHERE are the 7 speakers?

1. Subwoofer behind the passenger seat
2. 3. 6"ers driver side and passenger side about mid-calf level
4. 5. Tweeters right and left in the windshield posts
6. 7. ??????

If you look closely at the Subwoofer photo, you will see another speaker on the side wall just above it.

Just crank her up maximum and iffen your back vibrates a might, you got monsoon, or just look on the dealer invoice!!

I too have the 6 disc, xm and LOVE the sound. Maybe you have a bad stereo???

Yeah, the other two are behind the seats.
