Alarm on Saturn Sky RL

All the GT's made after 8/2008 although advertised they got alarm as standard they don't.Is it the same with the GXP's ??

As best I know, all the 08RLs have Content Theft Alarms and PassKey III+ vehicle protection.

I don't know what the Opels have, but considering they run 'em through the same plant, I can't see GM not putting this stuff in the GTs while they put it in the RLs, unless there was some kind of regulatory hoop.
