Another Round Trip to San Dieg ZERO sky's

Hey folks,
Happy Holidays, I see some have gotten their Santa Specials to!! Went to San Diego for 6 days and got back last night. Another round trip seeing no Sky's but finally spotted two Solstices, one in San Diego the other in LA. Sight Seeers surrounded us the whole trip, on the ground and on the highway, the car just keeps them flocking. Auto Show begins today at the convention center in SD and the front page of the SD Tribune insert for it features the Solstice GPX, good on them! The real fun was driving by the Convention Center and being asked if ours was the Show Car for Saturn!! Life is great, the Sky is blue and the fun just keeps on happening! Happy New Year to all of you!

You gotta start letting us know when you're going to be in town so we can meet up. If you want to see other SKYs, we can surround you! Glad you had a great trip - and I still want to do something to link up the SoCal and NorCal contingents in 2007...

Regret not sending a PM but as it stood we were in high demand the whole time for the boy's and the daughter-in-law. we did load out the trunk space though and here's a short description:
Two medium duffle bags (soft luggage) a hard case touring bag, metal detector, 4 bottles of red and white wine, a pretty good sized picture, a huge purse (My wifes!) small tool kit, four bags of misc. items and still a little room left over. Stayed for 5 nights, went to Rei Do Gado dressed to the 9's and had a great time in the warm weather. Won $1100 the first night at the casino and all the trip plus was paid for by Barona!

I was in San Diego for the New Years weekend and saw a Silver one in Hillcrest. That was it for the entire weekend - not another one in sight from LA to SD roundtrip.

I covered more ground (literally) between 12/25 and 1/1, it's crazy! I drove from south Venice Beach up PCH to almost Oxnard on Christmas Day. I was on the 405, 101, 10 and PCH!!!!!

Over the New Year weekend I was all over the place from Santa Clarita down to almost San Diego.... showin off my stuff of course!!
