Which Cat-Back Exhaust System is best??

I've been looking into Buying an exhaust for my redline.
Performance and sound is what im looking for but i can not find a good sound clip of the Magnaflow. The RPI sounds good. Will the be overpowering if I have my top down??

Do you think just increasing the airflow(cold air intake and catback exhaust....no straight pipe) will show a noticable difference in HP??
Does any1 have any suggestions as to which system is better with performance?sound?instaltion? etc...
any information will be helpfull

ps...if i take the chrome saturn grill off...do the black honeycombs run all through the grill...or does it vreak up once the chrome piece is removed. I cant seem to find any grills other than chrome.

Thanks,
Matt

Welcome to the Forum, I think the reason you are not getting a response is that there have been about ten million threads on this. Just do a search for exhaust and there is enough reading to make you puke!!

I have the Magnaflow and like the sound better and the look a lot better, than the RPI. The difference is a Porche sound (RPI) compared to a Camaro sound (Magnaflow). Plus the Magnaflow from Magnaflow Exhaust Solutions-Hottexhaust.com is only $540, almost half the cost of RPI.

But if you want to eek out every last HP from the Mod, the resonators on the RPI are less restrictive and more even flowing than the muffler on the Magnaflow. Good Luck, they are both top shelf!!
