Curious

I have driven a few cars with the key fob that flips open when you push a button. Does anyone know if they make anything like that for the sky? I want to know if its possible to get one and set it up to replace the key and remote with just one thing?

There's an eBay place that does it,but I dont recommend them. The fob part is HUGE (it holds the whole original remote circuit board) and feels plasticky n cheap. Of course you also have to get the key cut. Upside you can swap your original fob circuit in, so dont need the dealer to re-learn a new one.

I got one but sent it back - which they weren't happy about as their sale page says "no returns".

Come on guys... this board is for Sky enthusiasts not just owners. Hopefully SFC will have one, if not, maybe he can get himself a Mr Bill doll to put in his model and pretend he's driving it around town

I hope you do get your dream Sky soon. You will be more than pleased with the car and the experience.

As for the trolling, I hope you can see that chats about fobs and toy cars might seem to some, me included, as you are less than serious about taking the plunge.

However, I wish you all the best in your quest. Whatever you do make sure you pick a red one. They are clearly the fastest, as much as 5 MPH, proven in NASA wind tunnels.

Since you've already formed your opinion...

Well, I guess at this point it doesn't really matter, I was waiting until tomorrow to announce this since its fallen through before...
But I'm supposed to be paying for my Hydro Blue saturn sky tomorrow, and I'm pretty sure its certain as I'm in SC right now and barring the unexpected it will be driven down tomorrow here from WV. I will be driving it back to Dallas tomorrow evening and saturday. I was hoping to wait until tomorrow after I had driven it to say anything so I would have pictures to prove it. I am sorry that you guys now see me as a troll.

I hope that all yall can still accept me into your community.
