The first mod to all of my cars is always been the de-badge. In the Sky where the Saturn emblem was it leaves the platform that clearly looks like it's missing a badge.
I have a commercial version of Solidworks as i used to be a plastics engineer ( I would design plastic parts/ molds).
For the rear (in place of the saturn emblem) i would like to create a custom badge that would be a perfect fit for the platform. Construction would be either CNC'ed aluminum ( with maybe paint or vinyl for color) or Rapid prototype- sanded, paint, clear. This would depend a lot on the simplicity or complexity of the design which can impact cost for each method.
My first idea is simply the Redline badge re-sized to fit the rear platform- however i could design any logo or graphic someone desired. Of course this could also be translated into the front and waterfall badge as well with some simple re-sizing of the initial design for perfect fits.
If we could get 5-10 or more people to agree on a design cost on mfg could be significantly decreased. My initial assumption would be $50-100 for one of these badges, obviously less if i could order 10 or so at a time. Anyone have any ideas for a custom sky badge?
2007 Saturn SKY
...I got from GMR...they were completely useless and IMHO...poor grade. 
I was not pleased with them at all. Live and Learn.
