Read your waiver, it says what to wear and what not to bring or you can't get in. ie no cameras or cell phones with cameras, must have picture ID, etc...

Hey, JustMike said we had to send in a signed waiver - I don't remember anyone saying we had to actually read it first!

Exactly on both counts! Eh...I figure I'd just dress as I have to for work and that should be more than adequate. In fact, I still have my hairnet on in my office. Usually I take it off. It's amazing how different people look without a hairnet on!!! You don't recognize them!!!

My cell phone doesn't have a camera. And I wasn't planning on carrying my other camera into the plant as I assumed they wouldn't be allowed.

I believe the basic instructions are no sandals, high heels or open toed shoes, no shorts, skirts or dresses. So basically wear long pants and sturdy shoes or sneakers. And a shirt of some sort, of course (no tanks or sleeveless shirts, please). While our cars can go topless, we cannot.

No cameras or cellphones with cameras allowed in - maybe no cell phones at all, I don't remember exactly. Basically I think I just locked everything in my car and carried my keys into the plant with me.

Also, no drugs, alcohol or weapons.

No hazardous chemicals or materials.

No hangovers from the night before. (Sorry, I just made that one up for Reed and any friends he might bring )

Yeah, that's my work attire. No shorts (the plant people can wear them though), no open toed shoes or heels, no jewelry (plain wedding band), no watches. All that good stuff. I'll come as stripped down as possible!

Belt buckle and I think rings need to be removed or cover up. They will give out protective cover-up material

That is correct - they will issue "mutilation protection" gear. Reed was very happy to wear his mutilation protection throughout the tour - then he finally asked the question "How do these fuzzy bands over my watch and belt buckle protect me from being mutilated?" He was a little less excited once realization dawned and he finally figured out that the gear is meant to protect the cars from damage, not the people.

Well, in Reed's defense, we were the early (6:00am) tour group, and he was probably operating under the influence of a decent hangover at the time. Or at least his friend was.
