This is a type B DTC. *
Circuit Description
Engine torque information is sent to the transmision control module (TCM) by the engine control module (ECM) through a communication network called the controller area network (CAN). Two circuits are used to communicate CAN data between the ECM and TCM. A fault in the CAN will not cause. DTC P2637 to set by itself. If a can fault occurs. Other DTCs will set before DTC P2637 *

Turbocharger Engine Underboost PO299.
Circuit System Verification
1. Verify that restrictions do not exist in the exhaust system. 2.Verify the proper operation of the charge air bypass valve.
2. Use the scan tool output controls to command the TC bypass solenoid ON and Off. An audible click should be heard and felt.
3. Use the scan tool output controls to command the TC Wastegate Solenoid On and Off. An audible series of clicks should be heard and felt between 20-90 %.
4. Determine the current vehicle testing altitude. Ignition on, observe the scan tool MAP Sensor parameter, and the BARO Sensor parameter. Compare the parameters to each other and to the Altitude vs. Barometric Pressure table.
5. Use the scan tool and compare the MAP Sensor parameter to the Boost Pressure Sensor parameter during a WOT acceleration at the time of a 1-2 shift. The readings should be within 20 kPa of each other.
6. Operate the vehicle within the conditions for running the DTC to verify the DTC does not reset.
Circuit System Testing
Verify the integrity of the entire air induction system including all turbocharger components by inspecting for the following conditions.
1. Any damaged components, including the turbocharger, the CAC and the TC wastegate actuator.
2. Any hairline fractures of the boost pressure sensor housing.
3. Loose or improper installation of any components.
4. An airflow restriction.
5. Any vacuum leak.
6. Any pinholes ir breaks in the 3 in. vacuum hoses attached to the TC wastegate actuator.
7. Any restrictions in the 3 in. vacuum hoses attached to the TC wastegate actuator.
8. Improper routing or connecting of the vacuum hoses on the charge air bypass valve solenoid, the bypass valve, and the turbocharger wastegate actuator.
9. Any type of air leak between the turbocharger and the throttle body, including the CAC assembly.
10. Verify that an exhaust leak does not exist, including the mating of the surface area between the turbocharger and the exhaust manifold.
This list is not exhaustive but I believe it comes fairly close. If you have any codes not listed please feel free to add to the above. Before anyone asks where these came from I can say that they came directly from GM .
How I got them ? ... well ... Don’t Ask !
Additional Code information from a source other than General Motors *
Note: This list prints out to six pages. Seven with your personal cover. Stappled together it tucks perfectly into the flap located behind the drivers seat.

Wish these were built-in to the Android app Torque. There is a generic web search for codes built-in, but the option to consult a code db specific to your car would be good, like it has for the OBD2 PID's.
Do not see it listed. They want to blame my high flow cat, your thoughts ..
From another Saturn site...
"P2086 Post Catalyst Fuel Trim System Low Limit
There are many posts on other forums outside Saturnfans that seem to point to mods done like "foulers", poor/loose connections, exhaust system leak, worn out rear O2 sensor, damaged catalytic converter. Resetting the error is the first try and the error code coming back means more troubleshooting.
A blocked catcon may be possible."

P2086 and P2096 engine codes confirmed at Saturn dealer this morning and added to above listing. Thanks and keep up the good work. P.S. If anyone knows of anyone who can produce PDF files, the engine code list would be an excellent candidate as a PDF file as it could be uploaded to smart phones and kept handy as an instant record. Next best thing to an app.
