Wind within cabin... I've never owned a convertible will parking tags be safe on the mirror?

wipers.. how many intermittent settings?

Ok -- I'll try my best

Parking tag (I think you mean hanging from the mirror?) I think they should be fine, the mirror is pretty well recessed and no real wind gets there.
Wipers. As far as I can tell there are 5 settings.
Wind noise. Some say yes some say no. Top down -- is remarkably quiet except at high speed. If you have ever owned a motorcycle -- WAY quieter than that though.
Top up. Very quiet - some people have complained of noise - seems most were curable with dealer adjustment. In my car there is a whisper behind my left ear, but I do not find it annoying at all. I guess I could ask for an adjustment but, it really isn't more that the antenna noise I get on my Tracker! More important that there are NO LEAKS!

cool cas car i have now has 1 intermittent speed which is always either too fast or slow

and yea i meant tags hanging from mirror cause when i put windows down on my car it blows like crazy
