Getting an 08. Plant temp. shut down?

hey guys. I called my delaer and i am now number three so i'm definately getting an 08. Since there are no major changes to the sky do you think they will need to shut down the palnt to make any changes to production or not? I should have my order in next month so i was thinking i could have my sky in june? It takes about a month right? Any info would help. I'm getting really excited!!!

They will shut down the plant during the summer for at least two weeks no matter what.

I'd rather get an 08 personally. I already have an 07 base 2.4, so if my RL ends up being an 08 that wouldn't be such a bad thing. I'm just worried about the price increase since I'm one of the ones on here who has had to take out a second mortgage on my double-wide just to be able to get the 07 2.4 base sky. If the 08 RL goes up any higher, it may be just out of my reach.

They shut teh plant down for 2 weeks regardless. They do annual maint etc... Also it allows vacations to be used up in a nice two week section rather than spread out (a nightmare for schedualers).

I would say mid to late-July seems like a more reasonable estimate for an 08 delivery...seeing as they aren't supposed to go into production until June 18th. Add to that the normal "several weeks" transportation time to the dealership...and the week-long shutdown over the July 4th weekend...so you're probably looking at sometime in late July...same as us.
