Ethanol in you gas is great if your a farmer or in an ag related buisness like myself but lots of extra ping n knocks in your car

Why? Ethanol increases octane ratings in gas, so LESS pings/knocks. That's why a lot of the super-tuners tune for using E45 or E85 gas. It does have less thermal energy ('power') though, so lower mileage/gallon.

Not sure but i think its because pings n knocks are predetination because alcohal fuels burn at cooler temps
