Thanks, yeah you let go of a nice one, sure you know by now there's absolutely nothing like a tight TR6, when I saw the Sky for the first time it was the only sports car in years since the 911 Carerra that I said I'd like to have, having my TR6 and exchanging out of the ? I decided to get, first my Sister then my Female to get one since she was contemplating a sports car, so now I have the best of both worlds

Sky's and TR6's

Sounds Familiar!
Bought my 72 TR6 in 1980, not driving it a lot now, but plan a full restoration one of these days. May be a retirement project. The TR6 was my dream sports car when in High school, love the sound and the looks are timeless. They were the last of the breed of classic British sports cars IMO. It seems small and narrow compared to the Sky and a little crude also. but I like it just as much now as 10 years ago and the value is going UP^

Totally agree with everything you said, along with that throathy exhaust sound I've learned over the years another part of the ongoing attachment is that combo musty, gasoline, dirt smell, so British TR6 & Sky combo in the same household is living good in the USA. Strange but true I Luv My TR6 just as I did 29 yrs ago, value, priceless.

So envious...I LOVE the TR6. The nerdiest boy in high school had one and I wanted that car so bad. Looks great next to the Sky!

Back in the day dealers hug banners in their showroom, stating "TR6" The Last of the Hairy Chested Man's Car. Couple more views of the 2 together Pics-1 pictures #27 & #34 viewable on my website
