I found a new place to cut my hair(and other stuff)

I drove by this and had to take a picture. Looks like I have to cut my hair here...

So after my first day of driving the Sky in town and thinking about what needs to be done I have a few questions.

First thing here in TX we have to put a plate in the front and back and currently I don't have holes in the front bumper of my sky and for some reason it gives me the willies to have someone drill a hole in the bumper to put a plate on. has anyone put a front plate on their sky?

Second mine came with a car cover and I feel like a moron asking this but does anyone with the cover know if the sky logo is supposed to end up on the trunk when you put it on or on the hood? It seems to fit better when its on the trunk but that seems odd to me?

I thought I read somewhere on a post that the seat can be raised but I cant find the bar that does it (I may be imagining things)

What is the plastic peice under the storage compartment between the back of the seats? looks like it could come out for a cup holder but it doesn't...

and lastly is there anyway to get this smile off my face???

My seat has a button, and its automatic, in the front. On the liscense plate, there is one from PFYC, a supporting vendor, that mounts under the car and can hide. I have thought about switching to it. Currently mine is he,d in by some very strong double sticky tape i think. I did not put it on.

Here is the link for the license plate holder.

The Sky logo is on the front of the cover. At least a factory one is.

And the permagrin is just that......permanent....

The computer that has all my bookmarks on it for parts places is currently busy with a major software download, so I'll find the original GM plate holder for you later and give you the part number.

If I don't post it later tonight, please remind me. Thanks.

The seat height adjuster switch is down on the front/left of the driver's seat only.

That space that looks like a cupholder... was one until the 2009 models came out.

And the front license plate ~ forgetaboudit!

Yeah, but it involves pulling the huge interior panel that goes across behind the seats.

No front plate in Texas?
Roll with the big boys.

GM's part number for the factory plate holder is 10364149. See this thread: Front License Plate Bracket?
