I wouldn't doubt we see the Opel GT reviewed in a future convertible/roadster comparision. Jeremy loves the S2000, Hampster sides with the Zed 4 and May prefers the Miata.

And with the S2000 going out of production, it wouldnt suprise me to see the Opel fall into Jeremys heart, but I cant imagine May allowing himself to admit the kappa to be a better car than the Miata.

It would be a good segment for the show though. They do some very good/thorough reviews.

Has anyone seen anything on TV about Kappas??? I would love to see any of the Car Shows take one and fix it up...

They just finished their first season, and it was a really cool show. I dont think that is exactly what you are talking about, but it was a show featuring several pontiac solstice GXP-R's.

Top Gear is done by the BBC and they aren't building the Kappas for RHD markets like the UK. So I would be surprised to see them test a car that isn't produced for their home market, unless they've done it before. I don't exactly catch every episode.

I saw a clip on YouTube of them discussing a pic of the Solstice. Not too favorable either...
