Interior Scratches

Hey, has anyone figured out a way to hide or remove the scratches on the dash and "non-leather" interior parts of the interior?

Meguiar's ScratchX is pretty decent for clear plastic parts...ie, radio, center guages, and even the piano black

We use the Novus Plastic Polish for repairs to smooth plastics.
It is a 3-part system for scratches & gouges. (1. clean / 3. repair / 2. restore )
For general cleaning we just use 1 & 2.

This is a system that is used by MANY involved in aviation - & it works great.

I've seen a scratch remover being sold for removing scratches on IPOD faces. I haven't used it but that should work. About $30 though.

Great thread! Every time I get my car back from having work done, there are a couple more scratches on the plastic...

I'm so anal about it that I won't do anything without microfiber in my hand!

MarlboroMike - let me know when you do your side-by-side comparison!
