lemon law claims

Since Saturn Customer service say you cant talk to anyone there about a buyback. Does anyone know who at Saturn you speak with about the buyback/lemon law claim on a car?

dont need to, read through the lemon law pamphlet they give you when you bought the car and there should be instuctions on how to make a claim, i did one couple years ago with a 350z

Each state's law, process and procedures can be different for bringing a lemon law claim. Similarly, when a car is considered a "lemon" under the law can vary from state to state.

You should probably try the Better Business Bureau in your state or the consumer protection unit of your state's Attorney General's office. They may have information on the requirements, process and procedures that will help you.
