You might want to check your local laws for anything ill legal. Of course iffen it was parked at an auto show then they might be legal...Skip...
I am thinking about getting some neons for the next car show season, it is legal as long as it is parked, IE: Car Show..but in New Jersey, you are not allowed to drive with them...End of Line
Skip...since I asked for my thread to be deleted , i never got back to you on what you said. I would so like to come and visit the south sometime, I love it down there and I would fit in like a glove..End of Line
Sorry for the Hijack!

I think it could look sweet if done right, as in being able to see the light NOT the tube. I hate when you see the tube hanging down, looks like poopookaka. But if you only see a pretty, full glow (aka no dark spots and no tubes) then it can look darn good. I would reccommend looking into the LED lights they have now. Seams to me they are a better alternative (no transformers/ballasts or whatever, super long life, not nearly as fragile as neon) but give the same effect. $0.02

I was wondering if these lights can be removed or is this something permanet...End of Line

I did a short Video after I installed LED Underbody lights in my Sky. I took the video with the lights flashing on my Avalanche as well. I would recommend going with LED's vs Neon.

Hopefully for a car show, because rolling around on the streets with a lit underbody kit will get your more flashing lights almost anywhere in the ol' US of A then you'd probably want to see. FYI.
I installed the green neon underbody and it looks awesome. Unfortunately I don't have any pics, I will try to get some and post them soon.

please don't do this to your car. please..i beg you !! You'll end up cheapening the sky image. It's not cool. It looks tacky. Were you not around in the early 90's???

StreetGlow.... tweakedice .... are a couple good companies to get them from.... just do a search for underbody lights... alot will come up.... FirstPinkinTexas .. John and Stacey have them... they look awesome.... it shows pics on his PINK SKY ON TV thread.... SkyBaby
I am going to get some from tweakedice.. dont know when... but that is what I want to do.

Look up ICELED on google, it doesn't get better than those, end of story
Although I have to agree with cfjara, this is NOT (imho) for the Sky. I have a Grand Am (you know, for those winter months) that I put these on myself, but I wouldn't even DREAM about doing it to the sky.
